Abstract

The purpose of this work was to develop a performance assessment model for Safety and Health Management System in the form of documentary information according to ISO 45001:2018 in the context of institution of higher education. The object of research is an integrated performance assessment model for Safety and Health Management System relating to the previously developed model, a mission and policy in the field of Professional Safety and Health (PS&H) taking into account requirements of ISO 45001:2018. As a result a performance assessment model for Safety and Health Management System was developed conforming to requirements of ISO 45001:2018 taking into account strategic scheduling of activity of EI «VSTU», provisions of Policy in the field of PS&H, the interests of stakeholders, risks and opportunities of the institutions. The offered approach to performance assessment of Safety and Health Management System differs from an operating technique of the Control system of labor protection in the fact that allows to consider not only effectiveness of processes of a system, but results of audits and realization of the purposes in the PS&H area and also to consider a significance of each index of effectiveness.
