abstract

The evaluation of the competitiveness of the regions of Belarus for 2002 - 2008 years using copyright conceptually - a methodological approach is carried out. The factors of competitiveness: "human" resources, "financial" resources, "communication" resources, "energy" resources; "innovative" resources. The are used analysis and ranking of factors of regional competitiveness, are conducted and the conclusions are drawn.
