abstractThe article deals with a problem of structural unemployment on a regional labour market. It reveals principal causes of its growth. The problem is estimated on an example of Vitebsk area of Belarus. The existing methodical approaches to an estimation of level of structural employment are considered. The substantiation of limitation of received estimations, on the basis of the official information of service of employment, in professional and qualifying aspect is provided. |
