abstract

The article deals with the problems of organizational and structural changes in the enterprises of light industry of Belarus. The modern trends in organizational management structures are examined. The key issues and future directions of structural reforms are identified. Particular attention is paid to project management as a factor for the development of innovative capabilities of organizational structures of management.
