AbstractThe subject of research is the material used for the manufacture of medical masks. The choice of material for the manufacture of medical masks should not be random. It should be scientifically reasonable. Belarus produces enough raw materials for the manufacture of textile materials for medical masks of proper quality. It is advisable to conduct research aimed at using functional polyester yarns manufactured by SvetlogorskKhimvolokno Enterprise for the manufacture of knitted materials for medical masks. In the production of masks with improved hygienic properties, it is advisable to use modern technologies of linen and sports clothing.
