Abstract

Timely implementation, recording and analysis of indicators for assessing the level of commercial efficiency allow us not only to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the main business processes of the organization, but also to identify reserves for its increase. For this purpose, it is necessary to actively introduce foreign countries’ experience in implementing systems for monitoring and recording of the level of efficiency, based on a targeted approach, the practical use of which in various areas of the functioning of economic entities proves their effectiveness and practicability. In this study, an attempt is made to develop a methodology for assessing the commercial effectiveness of an organization based on the development of strategic goals, determining their numerical parameters, and assessing the achievement of goals. To develop business development directions and increase its commercial effectiveness, a risk assessment system is proposed.

Targeted Approach to Assessing Commercial Efficiency of Organization
