abstract

Studied the historic structure of the slutsk belts, set the color and weaving effects, the commodity composition and the linear density of warp and weft threads. Developed technological parameters refills and production of the slutsk belts to loom company "Mageba", designed taking into account features of the ways of weaving, used in Slutsk belts. The created file to programmatically control the operation of the machine: the work platin jacquard machines, shuttle boxes, commodity regulator, stops of the machine to change the colors of threads in the shuttle boxes. The developed technology was fi rst allowed to play a slutsk belts on modern weaving machinery.
